those look okay

from the symptom you described earlier, i'd say you were trying to link to
an anchor that doesn't exist -- netscape likes to go all the way down the
page looking for it, but internet exploder just sits there

it *could* be that in your first tag, where you do the onmouseover, after
the onmouseover has done its thing, netscape is trying to go to the #day
anchor

maybe you should add "return false" to the mouseover
