Thanks to Keith D Sellars for solving it. Once I changed it to 467 x 59 it
works fine.

images that are the size of commonly used banner sizes (468 X 60 and 125 X
125) ... An easy fix is to change the image size or the stated image size
(using the width and height attributes for the image tag) to change it by at
least one pixel  >>
