Does your client have "Use compressed graphics" checked in his *preferences* of his browser? If so, ask him to do the following: Go to the Web and under My AOL, on the top menu, select Preferences. Select the WWW icon. Select the Web Graphics tab. Uncheck "Use compressed graphics" and then click Apply. Under the WWW icon, select the General tab. Click the Delete Files button (you do not need to check the "delete subscription content" box). Click OK and then OK. Return to the Web browser window and click on the Refresh icon (the circular clockwise arrow icon at the top left) to get improved graphics! >The image can be viewed at http://www.revthree.net/momduo.gif.
