the entire site?  yikes

to get word count of any highlighted text on any web page, you can use a
bookmarklet

go to http://bookmarklets.com/tools/data/index.phtml, scroll down to the
Number of Words in Selection bookmarklet, drag & drop it into your Links or
Personal Toolbar or whatever

to use it, just go to the page you want to count the words on, press Ctrl-A
(select all), and hit the bookmarklet
