yes and no

first of all, that's a big "if" that will sadly never come true, because
microsoft will sell those keywords to the highest bidder

secondly, if people did follow those links to your site, your server would
crash

last week my site was mentioned on slashdot and while my site did not
crash, i got more hits in two days than i usually get in twenty months

my host charges 10 cents per megabyte web transfer over 500 megs per month,
with the result that i am out of pocket several hundred dollars
