Oh, but it is simple. The solution for this problem is to create a Cascading
Style Sheet for that old media. ... the typewriter. :-)

What about those who are "encouraged" and willing, but are limited by the
fact they can not afford new computers? Some browsers just will not work
on older systems. Many PC users don't even know how to update their
systems, and instead have to wait until they buy a whole new machine.
