Mac Netscape 4.75 with Flash, QT5, etc, etc, - nada, zilch, zippo.

It's supposed to be on the weather map on the first (index.html) page isn't 
it?? The map right next to "Major winter storm developing" heading?
Maybe it doesn't like overseas referrers?? Or it's bandwidth restricted 
somehow? Couldn't get it to reload the Flash 4 ad either after the first load.
