Reading between the lines and one of your other posts regarding your host
ISP's security settings, it may be they have similarly closed some potential
security holes in PHP by turning off register_globals. Have you tried
accessing your environment variables with $HTTP_SERVER_VARS["name"]
(or _POST_ , _GET_, etc)
