Sorry....:).  It's nothing big, really...just an extra field in the HTML
form, and a couple extra lines in the JavaScript.  I also changed the
default values for the cellspacing and a couple other things....all pretty
obvious once you look at it.

The files go into your Dreamweaver subdirectory:
Configuration/Objects/Common.  Back up your old ones first...
