Page not rendering "as expected" in Netscape 3.x and 4.x

Hello all,

OK, I give up.  Looked at this one for far too long before asking for help
... .

If you get a chance, please look at the following page in Netscape 3.x or
4.x

The greeked text is all crammed to the right - it appears that the
right-hand most cell (containing the table with the "poll") is rendering
much wider than I expect.  In IE 4.x/5.x and Netscape 6.x it appears to
render fine.

Any suggestions are MOST appreciated.  Thanks!
