Page won't load Netscape 4

My page at http://www.storesthatoffermore.com will not load in Netscape
4.51 It works fine in 6.2 and Internet Explorer.  I tried the W3C
verifier and it did come up with some suggestions, but nothing that I
could see that would cause the page not to load.  You can see it working
and loading information, but nothing shows up.

Any suggestions?
