Could you not just add a ....... "button" that says "Click here to begin
your audio tour"... or "Click here to view this page with Sound" etc...
...... and offer an alternative if they choose not to have any audio? i
think they should have the option to choose definitly.. it can be annoying..
but not sure thats "feasable" with email...
Just my two cents or sense.. or something like that
