Most programs with a find utility can help, depending on exactly HOW you
left the tag out...
If you used something like: alt="" then simply searching for that will
find them for you. If you omitted even that part, it'll take longer, but
searching for all <img src= tags and then checking each one is about
what you have left as an option. At least as far as I know... This list has
lots of clever people on it, so someone may know of a program that does
exactly what you want...
