File Upload script

Hi all,
Does anyone have a file upload script that will work on a Windows
server?  I have tried Microsoft FrontPage file upload with no luck at
http://www.kokopelliofroswell.com/image1.asp.  It does not give me any
errors, it just does not work.  I have been to the Knowledge Base and
have done everything they suggested.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
