First off, "I'm feeling lucky" simply loads the highest-ranking result
from the search query. As to why this website is the highest-ranking,
this is called a "Google Bomb". If you view Google's cached page, you
will see this note at top: "These terms only appear in links pointing
to this page: miserable failure".
In addition to using a webpage's content, Google also uses the text
from text links linking to that webpage as well as how many other
webpages link to that webpage to determine the page's relevancy and
rank. A Google Bomb is made by many people using a specific phrase to
link to a website. More info:
