Drop Down Lists...

<<sounds of frustration and beating of head upon desk>>

Okay...  for a few weeks now...  Ive been trying to take
the next step...  in doing so...  I decided to try and do
drop down boxes for the first time....  of course...  with
no positive results.  I want to use the boxed to contain links
to other pages within the site, and elsewhere.

I can get the drop down boxes created...  but I cant get them
to "react"...  hence... link to other pages...  

Now...  When it comes to Java Script...  my mind turns to 
jelly...  so...  please bear with me...  I did ((ahem)) try to use other
pages and find similar code for what I am tryin to do... HTML/JS code
sources...  etc.... STILLno "reaction"...  So.. If you could all be soooo 
kind.. slap me upside the head.. and tell me what I am doing wrong?
