I have been trying to make sure the code on my web site passes the W3C
validation program but am unable to determine the proper DocType tag to use.
I have tried to find a method to determine what I should be using but am
unable to.
My site has a title frame and then the page loads below it. I have tried the
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
as well as
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Frameset//EN"
but neither pass the test.
Can anyone tell me a good way to determine what I should be using?
Also, I see where I need to include Character Encoding - I have no clue how
to do this either.
If you need my URL, it's
<A HREF="http://www.twotechs.com">TwoTechs.com</A>
I appreciate your help!
Roger
