Colour matching.

Hello,
Im having problems working out a colour. I have just over an hour to do
it
and finish my work.

the values of it are...

HEX = #9595C7
RGB = 149 149 199
HSL = 170 79 174

Ok. That is part ive done and dont need. I need the 256 colour value of
the
clostest match. Cant convert the colour to 256 because it wont give me
the colour
code on a scale of 0 - 255. Am I trying something that cant be done?

Any help would be a life saver. Thank you.
