the frames that i have done are totaly off in netscape. but are fine in
IE and opera. im using netscape 4.6 or something. it was them ost recent
cover disk i had. it isnt 4.7.

I have always specified my frame width to netscape in pixels and never
had the slightest problem.  not even with no borders on my frames and a
background image that had to be that width to be seamless.
