RE: netscape. grrrrr...Ahhhhhh!

ive fixed the problem. i reinstalled netscape at 8:30am and its working.
so.... either a corrupt file from a crash, bad install, dodgy plugin, or
something. because it was doing it to every dropdown list box. i cant
get on the net with netscape over the network because it doesnt like
M$proxy server2 for some reson. but i saved a load using IE and viewed
them in netscape and all of the dropdown lists were empty. .... when in
doubt, delete the git..... it worked:)
