Personal Web Server for Windows 2000

I am moving to a new PC which has Windows 2000. I bought from dell, and it
comes with an OS CD that is theirs - not Microsofts.

I can't seem to find where I can download a version of Microsoft's Personal
Web Server. Can someone provide me a link?
