Directroy tree and thumbnails of pages

I hae hunted everywhere I can for the following:

A utility which will print out a simple, directory tree of a
website (with page title and URL?)...

And...

A utility which will produce thumbnails of each web page (just the top
window of each page would do), maybe together with the page's
title/URL.

Or...

Having used every advanced search technique I can muster, I am
beginning to suspect I am asking the wring question(s)...
