MySQL / PHP / Escaping the " - Never Mind

Figures...as soon as I beg for help, I find an answer.

I did some more looking in the online php docs and found
htmlspecialchars ( string string [, int quote_style [, string
charset]]) which does the trick beautifully (and even includes other
characters than quotes which I hadn't gotten around to worrying about
yet.)
