Using an client-side image map in a form?

Hello all,

A client I'm working with has an image map of the world - clicking
on a particular region sends the user to a page listing the product
distributors for that region.  

NOW, the distributors have changed so that there is one set for
group A of products, and another set for group B of products
- each set has its own "distributor pages".  SO ... what I figured
I'd do is add a couple of radio buttons - user selects one and
clicks on the region of the map, s/he will be sent to the distributor
page for that region AND that product set.

However, I'm drawing a blank on how to implement this ... HELP!
