If the page's code is there but doesn't render in NS, then you should look
for missing </td>, </tr> and </table> tags in the code.

OK, did the test in Netscape... signed up, and attempted to post a message.
What happened next was I was told that the page would redirect, but it just
redirected to what appeared to be a blank page.  Now viewing the source
code, I saw the page was there it just never bothered to render.  Sorta the
same effect you get when you resize a page that has absolutely postioned
elements in Netscape.  Reloading the page has no effect.
