It seems to have something to do with the content of the cell having
been in a header element (<.h4><./h4>).
I'm not sure why that would be the case, but I suppose it has
something to do with Netscape's way of rendering the text box. I'd
hoped a while back that with Style Sheets we'd see more conformity
from browser to browser in ways of rendering code. <sigh>
