Scrolling voids alt attr???

Hey all. Has any of you ever noticed that when you have a frame page with
two frames, and in the top you have a couple of hyperlinks on an image map,
that as soon as you scroll the page, the "alt" attribute stops working in
IE? (Tested with 4+ and 5.... Not tested with Netscape though)

"TITLE" works ....
Any comments?
