Where i declared <HTML id=theHTML>
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE=javascript>
<!--
function CalcVals()
{
for (i=0; i < theHTML.all.length;i++)
{
if (theHTML.all[i].tagName == 'INPUT')
{
var varFOBval = theHTML.all[i].value;
}
var varCalcVal = varFOBval/4567;
//using varCalcVal for whatever.
}
}
//-->
</SCRIPT>
Now.
The <input> is not in a form because then:
var varFOBval = theHTML.all[i].value;
Wich is the equiv of:
varFOBval = txtInput.value;
would have to be:
var varFOBval = frmFormName.theHTML.all[i].value;
to get the equiv of:
frmFormName.txtInput.value;
and it is obvious that frmFormName.theHTML.all[i].value; will give an error.
So how do i get this to work if the <input> is in a form, or how do i get
netscape 4 to render the inputbox without it being in a form?

Subject: Netscape 4 not rendering Textboxes
Hi all
How come Netscape 4 does not want to render <input>'s without it being in a
<form> as in: <form><input></form>????
