Netscape Compatibility Problem again....

PLEASE NOTE. I am NOT saying Netscape Sucks...

Hi all. Am I just tired, or does Netscape 4.07 not recognise:

<HTML  id="theHTML" name="theHTML">

as a Declaration of "theHTML"???

Script:

for (i=0; i < theHTML.all.length;i++)
{
	alert(theHTML.all[i].tagName);
}

Error: "theHTML" is not Defined.

Works fine in IE4+..
