If you were a photographer, finishing up a job of photographing a client's
collection of prize animals or sports cars, would you continue with the
camera she used, or the one(s) you think best fit the job?

Similarly, if you were a mechanic caring for the client's sports' cars?

Is Front Page the tool for the job? Perhaps it is, perhaps not.

FrontPage makes promises of user convenience, and delivers to some extent.
It also makes promises of creating HTML, but actually delivers something
very different from any specification.

If the tool suits the job, by all means use it. If the client's work to
date suits the job, by all means use it.

Quite likely you'll rescue the concept, the design, the ideas. Perhaps the
code as well. Perhaps.

If the answer was always easy, why would the client want to pay you the
