Site Update Mailing Lists...

Hey all,

I would just like to state, as I do periodically, that I *love* this
mailing list for all it's useful content. It's turned me from an amateur
into an intermediate-level coder. Anyway, onto the query:

It's simple. I need to utilize a mailing list which, if subscribed to,
automatically sends you an email when the page is updated.

I know that there are myriad programs and myriad ways to do this, but in
my present state I would prefer a method which does NOT require the use
or configuration of CGI or Perl. If such a thing exists, please pass it
along to me.
