Hi all
Thanks for the reponses. I have enabled all the mysql settings I can find in
the php3.ini file (C:WINDOWS\) but still no luck. Is it possible that it has
something to do with the fact that PWS starts at startup, but MySQL only
satrts when I click mysqld.exe (therefore after PWS starts) - I'm using
Win98, so I can't run it as a service.
Here are the php3.ini settings I could find:
extension=php3_mysql.dll
[MySQL]
mysql.allow_persistent = On
mysql.max_persistent = -1
mysql.max_links = -1
mysql.default_port =
mysql.default_host = localhost
mysql.default_user = root
mysql.default_password =
TIA
Duncan Austin
