web-based email recommendations

Hi

I've been looking around for a free email service provider and have only
found two: everyone.net and bigmailbox.com.  The customization features
on both of them aren't that great.  What I'm looking for is complete
template controle, or quality pre-made templates, not just an upload a
banner and change the font and fill in the blanks kind of job.  Can
someone suggest a better provider?
