asp script auto run at certain intervals??

Hi all,

I need to make an asp script that will auto run at certain intervals. What I 
need to do is to allow users to enter a reminder and time that they want to 
be reminded (just like MS Outlook Calendar) and have the script email them 
at that time. Is this possible???
