(1) Create the page how you want it to look. You can use library
components too to make common factors to all templates.
(2) save your page as a template (.DWT) giving it a name.
(3) name regions of the page as editable regions. - select an area, right
click, name the region
(4) save the template again. (Ctrl-S)
using the template:
(1) Click File > New from template
(2) select the template you want
(3) the areas you can't change are in a different colour. These can be
changed only by opening the template again and changing there.
How's that?
