Problems with Netscape Navigator

Hello:

I'm having problems with Nestscape Navigator and CSS. I'm using CSS to make 
that the textual links change color when the mouse is over them, when they 
are active and when they have been linked, and they work in IE but for some 
reason they don't work in netscape.

Can anybody check my code at:

and tell me what's the problem?

This is the first time I use CSS so and I don't know much about them, so 
I'll be very tankfull is somebody helps me.
