Forwarding URLs

Okay lets say for example that I want to forward a URL
to a friend by email, I do usually this way:-

http://vihara.alphalink.com.au

BUT lets say the site I was forwarding the URL of had
frames.  I don't want the default HTML page to load
into the MAIN frame when the friend clicks on the URL.
 I want another html page to load into the MAIN frame.
 Is this possible.  It probably looks like this, but I
seriously doubt it:-

http://vihara.alphalink.com.au#link.html#mainFrame

anyone know how to do this?
