Huh? Not sure what you are asking.

Traditionally the word internet (lower case I) was used to refer to a
network of computers using the TCP/IP protocol. The word Internet (upper
case I) was used for a network of networks of computers using the TCP/IP
protocol.

This worked fine, until computers (and their IT managers) came into the
picture that were only accustomed to using half the alphabet (one case). To
accommodate them, the word ~intranet~ was introduced for their benefit.

Technically, there is little difference, other than requirements and
expectations of security and privacy. Practically, there is as little or as
much difference as one chooses to introduce.
