although I realise its a different issue to the installing fonts thread just caught the last line of Mike's post that's there's no alternative to arial et al yet - what about downloadable fonts - stored in pfr's? I have to say I have never used them but they would seem to be the ideal solution if you're desperate to use a font that isn't common. you can specify domain from which they can be served by pages and the files are not that big.ok you need to set up your server to allow this but its about 30 seconds work. (Assuming you have control over your own server i guess - surely ISP's would have some fonts set up you can access tho...dunno) I would be interested to hear from someone who does use embedded fonts regularly and knows the problems/limitations. thanks @ndy Dunbar __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
