It is an informal tradition for the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF)
to issue an RFC document of the first of April that takes a look at
technology from a somewhat different perspective than is done the rest of
the year. For your possible amusement, as a parody of technology, here is
the announcement of this year's April First offering.
