It doesn't matter if the select boxes are in the same or in a different 
form. For a script, see my (too-often quoted?) site 
http://www.xs4all.nl/~ppk/js under Forms => Transfer Options. It's probably 
not exactly the script you're looking for, but it should help you write your 
own.
