em's are supposed to be relative to the font size used, so I think it's 
Netscape 4 that does it wrong (Netscape 6 follows the Explorer 
interpretation, by the way).

Use the px unit to be sure of your font sizes in all browsers (but they're 
not adjustable by the user etc. etc.)
