Sorry, I misinterpreted the original question. I
thought you were looking for opinions of the best
colleges, but I see now where Doug was really asking
for the best websites representing colleges.
The base URL for U.S. News & World Report is:
http://www.usnews.com/usnews/home.htm
In the upper-right corner it gives links to its
opinions of the best of the web and then offers
different categories. However, if you go to colleges,
the sites it has chosened appear to be based on
information helpful for those preparing to go to
college, versus which website gives the most
professional appearance and information of its
institution.
Unfortunately, I do not currently know of a web site
for the information requested.
