I've inheirited a site that needs some help. Okay, 
it needs a lot of help in various forms, but to 
START we need to figure out a few quick things. 

Below is a bit of javascript that's in the index 
page.

I actually have two issues. First, I changed this 
successfully to allow resizing, tweaked the width 
to work with the added side scrollbar without 
putting in a bottom scrollbar, and got it to let 
the new window have the toolbar at the top. But 
we'd like the buttons (navigation toolbar?) to 
also come up in the new window. As it stands now, 
the user has to know how to go in and turn the 
navigation buttons back on. 

The second issue is, we don't actually WANT a new 
window to open up. I'm just not overly familiar 
with javascript though, and don't want to start 
deleting stuff that might have other purposes that 
I'm not aware of. Also, the bulk of this site is 
in flash or something I'm equally unfamiliar with. 
Before we get around to possibly redoing some of 
it, we would like to simply fiddle with what we 
currently have up to make it a bit more user-
friendly. (The window that opens up will be used 
by clients to access items of their own, and they 
will definitely want to be able to see navigation 
buttons to move back and forth as the browse.)
