Hi!
I have a bit of a strange question about Webmaster /
Web Developer Workloads. Management where I work is
trying to project staffing needs for the next 5 years.
I am currently the only person on our "Web Team" (at
the Research part of a Pediatric Hospital).
Management is trying to locate a resource or devise a
formula for determining when the workload for one
individual is too high. For example: maintain x
number of servers, maintain x number of pages, do
projects for x number of departments, maintain and
develop x number of databases, know X number of
programming languages etc.
Does anyone know of an online resource for this or
have a policy or process that their place of
employment has created?
Thanks for you help!
