FYI, for anyone who has access to Fireworks software
3.0 and probably 4.0, there is a menu feature:
--View
--Macintosh Gamma
This allows you to toggle back and forth how your
photograph will appear on a Macintosh (when checked)
or how it will appear on a PC (when unchecked) at
least on the PC version. I try to stike a compromise
between something with contrast for the PC but not
faded for the Mac.
There could be other software packages that offer this
feature also that I am not aware of.
Regards,
Susan V.
