WebBBS, available at www.awsd.com does all this and 
more. Lifetime registration for the board per 
domain is $50 ($57 if paying with credit card, I 
believe). WELL worth the price, IMO. I have been 
extraordinarily pleased with this product for a 
number of years now, and just this past weekend set 
up another 6 boards for various clients/projects. 
The support forum at awsd for the webbbs is a good 
place to check on what kinds of help are available 
to anyone needing it re: installation.
