Go square background image taking over the background image?

Hi, all.
The stranges thing happened to me!  My client says her site http://
www.hanayagi.net/ has a background image that is a squre and GO inside
instead of a kind of Japanese grass.  She sent me a screenshot and in
fact that is how it looks!  She claims this only happens to this site and
no other.  I am seeing normally.  The code looks fine from my end AND hers.

Could you enlighten me on this matter?
