Since I've been learning web design (short time) -- people I network with
often make the  suggestion to do exactly what Nathan is doing.  I don't
think it's SPAM, but I do know that webmasters (such as ourselves)
whether for a corporation or a teensy site are sensitive,  Wouldn't YOU
be?

So, it takes writing and psychological skill to do what Nathan wants to
do.  Perhaps the best way is to approach the site designer, etc, with a
request for an online "information interview," or advice, or something
other than just approach and say, "hey, your site sucks!"

Just my 2 cents (where is the "cents" key ON the keyboard???)
