Netscape 4.x issue - printing forms

I have a question regarding HTML forms in the Netscape
4.x browser. I am having problems with printing a
pre-populated form in Netscape 4.78 and I wondering if
someone has experienced the same problem before (if it
is a known problem) and if there is a solution to my
issue. 

Any assistance with this issue will be appreciated!
